Our AI Program for Dignified Leadership

At the heart of our approach is the "AI for Dignified Leadership" program, structured into three core modules complemented by three extension modules. These modules encompass a diverse range of topics, from AI and IT to Change Management, Leadership, Group Dynamics and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Our holistic curriculum ensures that leaders are equipped with the necessary tools and insights to drive transformative change in their organizations. This program is designed to be rolled out in organizations of various sizes and sectors and is built to be held virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format.

Module 1: AI Basics for Leaders

In the initial module, we delve into the fundamentals of AI, introducing participants to the first set of tools. Together, we explore and experience the vast array of opportunities to unleash creativity. The participants get to know each other.
